Regular post delivery - by national post office system - the package will reach you in 5-30 days, depending on your location. For European Union countries delivery time is usually not longer than a week. For non European countries delivery is usually 10-35 days upon the location

We offer DPD delievery to your door in all European Union. DPD delivery is fixed price, no matter how many products you buy and costs 29,00€

Urgent delivery by TNT/FEDEX over night to European countries or 3-10 days delivery outside European Union (depending upon location) can be organized. Please send inquiry by email if you want to use this option.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes charged by your country. Just friendly reminder, that if you are in European Union countries, there will be no any customs or other taxes to you.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Returns
You are welcome to return your ordered products within 14 days after delivery for a full refund.
If we will make the error and ship to you incorrect or defective product we will pay the return shipping costs.
